Is tension fabric reliable for long term use?
Yes! Tension fabric is pressure and temperature treated to minimize the effect of temperature and environment on the fabric. Buildings and structures constructed using tension fabric are supported by PVC frames and steel frames. Tension fabric can last up to 20 years in normal conditions. Efficient coating and careful usage increases its life up to 30 years.
What is the material of the frame?
A steel frame is used to provide support to the fabric roof, depending on the width of the structure, this may be a truss style frame or a single pipe frame. On larger buildings we use a cross pipe purlin system rather than a single purlin for greater durability. The frame coating options include hot dipped galvanized, simple galvanized, powder galvanized and primer painting.
Where are you located?
We are located right on the Kansas, Missouri line in Kansas City. We have partnered with US based manufacturers to ensure that all our products are made in the US but they are manufactured in several different states.
Do you engineer the structures or provide materials only?
